Police Officers who visited and paid their respects to the lost Officers, all left a patch on the wall. Lebanon's patch was placed in the top row to show our support.

Upper Valley Gives Support Post 9-11

In November 2001, Members of the Lebanon Police Department (Jim Alexander and Chris Davis) and Lebanon Fire Department (Mark Beleview), along with Jeff Whedon from VOX Radio, traveled to New York City to donate money collected in coin drops throughout Lebanon during the aftermath of September 11, 2001 (911). The donations were made to the New York Fire Department, New York Police Department, and Port Authority Police Department. The generous citizens of the Upper Valley gave a total of $41,420.80. Half of the total money donated was given to the New York Fire Department and the remaining amount split between New York Police Department and Port Authority Police Department.
