MISSION:
Provide a general assistance program to all eligible residents in compliance with State law and City guidelines, in a respectful and fiscally responsible way, while meeting the genuine needs of the residents and fostering dignity and self-sufficiency.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
To provide general assistance to Lebanon residents in the form of emergency rent, food, prescriptions and utilities; to refer clients to other social service agencies for additional assistance/counseling; and review and coordinate service delivery and City funding support with these agencies.
